Fifty injured veterans will ascend upon the Venice Marina psyched and ready to share 2 days of fishing with their brothers and sisters on Thursday, August 23rd. That night they’ll meet their captains. Friday and Saturday twenty-five captains will take teams of 2 veterans fishing for prizes in eight fish categories. Veterans, captains, and sponsors will come together each night for dinner and camaraderie. It is during this time that the veterans get to know each other and build a lifelong relationship. After 2 days of saltwater fishing, each veteran will leave this event with a door prize and a future hunting or fishing trip.
