The Murph Challenge which consists of a 1 mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 unweighted squats, and finally another 1 mile run.  In a nod to the workout's military roots—it's named for Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL killed in action in 2005. Exercise clubs around the country participate every Memorial Day to honor and remember the sacrifice made by those who where killed in action defending this country. The Martial Arts students, parents and local veterans participated in the Murph challenge and collected donations for our Wounded War Heroes!
